Q: Registration failed after payment.

A: Registration on this site is processed manually. Please contact customer service promptly after completing payment. No matter how much time has passed after payment, you can contact customer service for registration as long as you retain your payment proof (payment screenshot, transaction ID, payment time and payer account nickname are all acceptable proof). Refunds are available if you no longer wish to register.

Q: After registering on the site, do I need extra fees for membership or resources? Are there daily download limits?

A: Your account becomes a member upon registration with no extra fees required. All resources are free of charge, and there are no restrictions on the website.

Q: What download service does the site use?

A: The default download host is MEGA cloud storage.
