[In Exchange] Self‑Rescue Guide: Psychology for Self‑Healing [224P]

Introduction

Only you can heal yourself. All my worries stem from the “other‑self” inside my mind.
“I can’t tidy my room.”, “I’m too busy.”, “I cannot tell others how I really feel.”, “I can’t save money.”, “I work hard yet see no results.”… There are troubles you cannot seem to resolve, and the same problems keep recurring over and over. These frustrations are brought about by the “other you” deep within your heart. Importantly, its intention is never to torment you — it exists in order to protect you.
For instance: “I cannot tidy my room” may mean that a neat room would bring mental clarity, which in turn would force long‑repressed anxiety and unease to surface.
